Pionus Parrots are a smaller parrot species.   Ranging from 9”-11.5”.   They are all on the quiet side, so they are an excellent bird for someone in an apartment.

We breed the White-capped pionus at S&C Parrotdise.  These are one of the smallest pionus. 

Handfed babies make excellent pets.  As stated earlier they are a pretty quiet bird with a decent talking ability.

Recommended cage would be 20”x20” minimum.
