 25% non-refundable down payment required to hold baby parrot till it is weaned.  1/2 Down may be required for under special circumstances. Layaway payment options available.  Final payment due two weeks before bird can be shipped.  If bird is not picked up within 7 days after weaning, bird will be resold unless prior arrangements are made.

Sorry but we do not do returns, we will consider buying your bird back under special circumstances or we will help you to re-home your bird.  Please take time to make careful consideration before purchasing a new parrot.
